Welcome to Inglem, a user-friendly mobile application designed to help you unleash your creativity through photo editing and collage creation. Inglem offers a range of features, including 30+ professional-grade filters (such as Vintage, Sepia, Black & White, and Cinematic) and 9 unique collage templates (including classic 2x2 grids, playful hexagon patterns, and elegant circle designs). Unlike many apps, Inglem does not require you to create an account or log in to access its core functionalities—you can start editing and creating immediately after downloading the app.
By downloading, installing, or using Inglem (the "App"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement (the "Agreement"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Inglem is intended for use by individuals of all ages, but we ask that parents or legal guardians supervise minors (individuals under the age of 18) who use the App. By allowing a minor to use Inglem, you (as the parent or legal guardian) confirm that you have read and agree to this Agreement on the minor’s behalf, and you accept responsibility for the minor’s use of the App.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement (i.e., you are of the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you have parental/guardian consent if you are a minor) and that you will use the App in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in your region.
Inglem provides free access to its core features, including all filters, collage templates, saving edited content to your device’s gallery, and sharing content (subject to your device’s settings and third-party platform rules). We may occasionally update or modify the App’s features (e.g., adding new filters, updating collage templates, or improving performance) to enhance your user experience. Such updates will be provided to you through standard app update mechanisms (e.g., via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), and your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated features.
Please note that some features may require certain device specifications (e.g., minimum operating system version, storage space, or camera access) to function properly. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device meets these requirements. Inglem is not liable for any issues arising from your use of the App on a device that does not meet the recommended specifications.
When using Inglem, you agree to the following rules to ensure a positive experience for all users (and compliance with applicable laws):
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the App if we believe you have violated these rules. This is to protect the integrity of the App and the safety of all users.
You retain full ownership of all photos, collages, and other content you create or edit using Inglem (your "User Content"). Inglem does not claim any ownership rights to your User Content. You have the right to save your User Content to your device’s gallery, share it with others (via third-party platforms or direct sharing), or delete it at any time.
However, by using Inglem to create or share User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content only for the purpose of providing and improving the App’s services. For example, this license may allow us to: (1) process your photos to apply filters or create collages; (2) display your User Content within the App (e.g., in a "sample gallery" to showcase the App’s features, with your prior consent); or (3) analyze anonymized User Content to improve filter quality or template designs. We will never sell your User Content to third parties, and we will not use your User Content for marketing purposes without your explicit permission.
If you delete your User Content from your device or the App (if applicable), we will stop using it for the purposes outlined above, except for anonymized data that cannot be linked back to you (which we may retain for analytical purposes).
We may update the App from time to time to fix bugs, improve performance, add new features, or comply with changes in laws or technology. These updates may be automatic (depending on your device settings) or require you to manually download and install them. We recommend keeping the App updated to ensure you have access to the latest features and security improvements.
We also reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If we make material changes to the Agreement (e.g., changes to how we handle your User Content or access to features), we will notify you through the App (e.g., via a pop-up message) or via other reasonable means (e.g., email, if you have provided it for non-account-related communications). Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the modified Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Agreement, you should stop using the App.
Inglem is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We also do not warrant that the App’s features will meet your specific needs or that the results of using the App (e.g., edited photos, collages) will be accurate or of a particular quality. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
We strive to maintain the App’s functionality and availability, but we cannot guarantee that the App will be available at all times. We may need to temporarily suspend access to the App for maintenance, updates, or other reasons, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such suspensions in advance (when possible).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inglem and its developers, creators, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. This includes (but is not limited to) damages related to: (1) loss of User Content (e.g., if your edited photos are not saved properly); (2) device damage or data loss resulting from the App; (3) third-party claims related to your use of the App or sharing of User Content; or (4) any other losses or damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory (e.g., contract, tort, negligence) under which the claim is brought. If you are dissatisfied with the App or any part of this Agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the App.
You may stop using the App at any time, for any reason, by uninstalling it from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement, engaged in illegal or harmful activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the App, its users, or our interests.
Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease. The sections of this Agreement that are intended to survive termination (e.g., ownership of User Content, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
